Authorized Visa Agent for Singapore
A Singapore visa is a pre-entry authorization, not an immigration pass. Final admission is determined by the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority at the point of entry.

Required Documents for Singapore Visa
Applicants must submit the following:
- Application Forms:
- Form 14A – fully completed and signed; photo self-attested.
- Form V39A – Letter of Introduction (LOI).
- Authorization Letter (Annex-C) – signed by applicant.
- Covering Letter – signed by applicant or company representative.
- Photographs:
- Two recent color photos, 35mm x 45mm, white background, 80% face coverage
- Photos taken within the last three months
- Passport with at least 6 months validity from the date of arrival; and old passports (if any).
- Financial / Professional Documents:
- Business owners: GST or MSME registration and 6 months bank statements with Sufficient funds.
- Salaried applicants: Latest 3 months payslips and bank statements with Sufficient funds.
Additional documents may be requested based on individual cases.
Applications are generally processed in 3–5 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Some cases may take longer based on individual circumstances. Approved applicants will receive their e-Visa from the Authorized Visa Agent.Fees
